**As of July 19, 2022, project was awarded to Deschutes Construction, awarded amount is $275,275.12.** First Tier Subcontractor List is required to be submitted by 4:00 p.m., same day. The First Tier Subcontractor List may also be submitted with the sealed bid at the contractor's preference. Bids shall be clearly labeled: "Sam Johnson Park - ADA Improvements PK2202." The Project includes a complete turn-key installation at 333 SW 15th St, Redmond, OR 97756. The City estimates the cost of improvements at $375,000. This is a Public Works contract and subject to U.S. Department of Labor Davis-Bacon Wage Rates (OR20220081, effective February 24, 2022) and/or Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) Wage Rates, dated January 1, 2022, and Amendments for Region 10 as defined under ORS279C.800 to 279C.870, whichever is more restrictive.
