Description

Contract Estimated Cost General Contract $ 2,920,000.00 Total Alternates $ 705,735.00 renovations to the existing Central Ohio Technical College Campus building including new classrooms, science and nursing labs, student social spaces, finish upgrades to the existing restrooms and offices, painting of the exterior of the building, a new entry walkway, and new branding graphics throughout. The Project also includes alternate bids, one of which encloses the existing porte cochere to create a new entry lobby. Construction in this area must allow continuous access to a portion of the existing parking lot and the existing “library-in-a-box” that is located in the existing parking lot.
