A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Itasca County HRA negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder(s) and an acceptable surety, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, must be submitted with each bid. a performance and payment bond in a penal sum of 100 percent of the contract price. The Work shall be substantially complete 204 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) a sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation owned, operated, controlled by minority group member(s) who have at least 51% ownership Women Business Enterprise (WBE) a sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation owned operated, controlled by women who have at least 51% ownership.
