2021 East Park Commerce Center - EM Copps Drive Phase 2

The Work shall be substantially completed by June 10, 2022 and final completion of July 1, 2022 and generally consists of extension of public utilities, construction of new roadway, erosion control and sediment control measures, clearing and grubbing, traffic control, and surface restoration. Following is a list of approximate quantities for some of the main items: 27,000 SF Asphalt Roadway, 1,300 LF Curb and Gutter, 600 LF Storm Sewer, 6 Storm Structures, 650 LF Water Main, 700 LF Sanitary Sewer, 2 Sanitary Structures , 8 Light Poles and 1,300 LF Conduit and Associated Wire.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 03 -	Concrete, Precast Concrete.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Sanitary Sewerage Utilities, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Piping, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Force Mains, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Structures, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Utility Drainage Piping, Storm Utility Water Drains, Ponds and Reservoirs, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
