**As of August 16, 2023, project was awarded to Lightworks Unlimited, LLC, awarded amount is $400,640.43.** Date Anticipated Board Award: 08/16/2023 Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond, cashier's check or certified check for 10% TEN PERCENT of the amount of the bid. The bidders bond or certified check shall be made payable to the Clovis Unified School District and shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract if awarded the work, and will be declared forfeited, paid to, or retained by the District as liquidated damages if the bidder refuses or neglects to enter into a contract on the terms of the accepted proposal within fourteen (14) calendar days after bidders notification of District's acceptance of the proposal. Bidders may not withdraw bids for a period of forty-five (45) days after the date set for opening of bids. Questions shall also be submitted via the portal.
