The City of Hot Springs is issuing its "Request for Proposals" or "Invitation to Bid" for: Bid Number: HS-23-033 Bid Project Item: FINISHED WATER TRANSMISSION PIPELINE CONTRACT B2 Sealed paper responses to this invitation can also be submitted to the Purchasing Division by mail or in person.
