Phil Chacon Memorial Substation South East Area Command - Addition

The City of Albuquerque is requesting proposals to construct a stand-alone addition to the South East Area Command police station at 800 Louisiana Blvd SE of approximately 8,020 square feet. The building is one story with specialized security requirements and includes holding cells. The project includes associated plumbing, mechanical, electrical, landscaping, and civil work. This may be a Multi-Phase Construction project, with potential for the awarded Contractor to also be awarded the Expansion of Phil Chacon Memorial Substation South East Area Command to include, demolishing existing Phil Chacon Substation South East Area Command building and replacing with new building expansion of approximately 14,000 SF.
