Northern Distribution Center (NDC) Warehouse Improvement Remodel

As of December 1, 2022, the project has been awarded. Construction is not expected to commence prior to Q1, 2023, however, a firm timeline for construction has not been established. No further inquiries to be accepted. The Project is a tenant improvement remodel for the California State Lottery (Lottery) Northern Distribution Center (NDC) Warehouse located in West Sacramento, California. Work includes: - Building a second Pick n Pack (PnP) area in the existing Supply Warehouse. -One section of the existing exterior storefront will be replaced with a new stucco wall to match the existing concrete tilt wall. New warehouse racking will be installed. New 6 inch rigid insulation will be installed under a new TPO roof system. - New high efficiency heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and curbs will be installed. -The existing skylights will be replaced with new skylights and fall protection cages. -A new remote station fire alarm system will also be installed. -A portion of the site parking stalls will be re-striped and truncated dome mats installed. -The existing security system will be upgraded and expanded.
