| Description | The goal of this contract is to improve the efficiency of our heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units and maintain an environment free of health hazards. Duct cleaning services at the seven (7) DHS facilites: 1. Winnebago Mental Health Institute (WMHI) (Northeastern Region) 2. Wisconsin Resource Center (WRC) (Northeastern Region) 3. Southern Wisconsin Center (SWC) (Southeastern Region) 4. Central Wisconsin Center (CWC) (Southern Region) 5. Mendota Mental Health Institute (MMHI) (Southern Region) 6. Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center (SRSTC) (Southern Region) 7. Northern Wisconsin Center (NWC) (Western Region) The Agencies intend to use the results of this bid to award up to three (3) Suppliers in each of the five (5) regions |
