Roof Replacement

Scope of Work Remove designated area (approximately 800 square feet) of damaged roof pavers and dispose of off the premises (storing any salvageable pavers for later re-use) Inspect the exposed roofing membrane thoroughly and repair as necessary Overlay the existing field seams with new 5" wide EPDM flashing membrane In the exposed roof area, install new drainage composite mat to provide a foundation for the new vegetated roof system Over the new composite drainage mat, install a layer of custom growing medium specifically formulated to support the new vegetation Over the new growing medium, install new Sedum Feather Mats, pre-vegetated in Bulletproof plant mix Redistribute salvaged pavers from the stockpiled inventory on the roof to areas of deteriorated pavers in the balance of the roof, as necessary Gather and dispose of any job-related debris
