| Description | Upstate is requesting bids from qualified landscape and property maintenance agencies (“Contractor” or “Bidder”) for the provision of landscape and property services (“Landscape and Property Services”) between the months of April and November to meet Upstate’s landscape and property maintenance needs as further described in this IFB, with intent of awarding a contract to the Bidder providing the best value as defined in Section 2(C) to Upstate. There are eight (8) locations for which vendor shall provide landscape and property services. Please refer to Exhibit B for the building names and addresses. Contract Term Under a Resulting Agreement, the contract term will start August 2023 after final approval of the Office of the New York State Comptroller and will go five (5) years from final approval. |
