Waimano Ridge - Building 10 Convert Dormitory Into Office Spaces

As of November 30, 2022, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The work generally consists of site and renovation work. Site work includes grading, tree removals, concrete and asphaltic paving removal. Site improvements includes asphaltic paving with striping, sidewalks, concrete stairs, ramps, and landscaping. Work includes abatement of hazardous materials, demolition of a portion the structure's CMU walls, metal roof and foundation. In addition, the removal of the roofing and the interior's: flooring, drywall / plaster and CMU partitions, ceilings, windows, doors, plumbing, fire alarm, fire sprinkler systems and electrical. Renovation improvement work includes concrete slab work, CMU walls, new metal roof deck, new modified bitumen roofing with gutters, drywall partitions, doors and finish hardware, exterior windows, air conditioning and ventilation, fire alarm and fire sprinkler system, interior and exterior painting, suspended ceilings, flooring, plumbing and electrical.
