Noma Drive Improvements

As of August 9, 2023, project was awarded to Moran Hauling, awarded amount is $1,068,927.55. The project includes, but is not limited to, road improvements including removal and repair as well as asphalt overlay to Noma Drive including the construction of the multimodal pathway from City Hall to the Noma Drive roundabout. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of his Base Bid, payable to the City of Diamondhead, Mississippi, as bid security. In the event that an electronic bid is submitted, a copy of the bid bond must be included with the submission. If submitting electronically, a hard copy of all bid documents must be provided within 3 business days if requested after the bid opening. The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the bid. All non-resident requirements shall be met. The City of Diamondhead, Mississippi, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
