Performing Arts Center (PAC) Interior Renovations

Pursuant to the Provisions of Texas Government Code Title 10 Subtitle D Chapter 2156.121 - 2156.127, General Services Act rules and regulations adopted there under, sealed proposals will be received until the date and time established for receipt. After receipt, only the names of proposers will be made public. B. Demolition shall be such that all construction, new and existing, can be performed, and completed in accordance with the construction documents. C. The contractor shall visit the project site and familiarize himself with the existing conditions and project requirements. D. Verify the scope of the Work under this Section including salvage material. Texas A&M University will be responsible for removing all materials and equipment which Texas A&M University wishes to salvage prior to the beginning of this Work. E. The existing fire protection sprinkler system shall remain in place.
