Description

Pursuant to the Provisions of Texas Government Code Title 10 Subtitle D Chapter 2156.121 - 2156.127, General Services Act rules and regulations adopted there under, sealed proposals will be received until the date and time established for receipt. After receipt, only the names of proposers will be made public. Prices and other proposal details will only be divulged after the award, if one is made REFER INQUIRIES TO: Will Hobart Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Purchasing Department 361-825-2616 Email: will.hobart@tamucc.edu The extent of Selective Demolition Work is that Work necessary, and required to facilitate the new construction indicated. B. Demolition shall be such that all construction, new and existing, can be performed, and completed in accordance with the construction documents. C. The contractor shall visit the project site and familiarize himself with the existing conditions and project requirements. D. Verify the scope of the Work under this Section including salvage material. Texas A&M University will be responsible for removing all materials and equipment which Texas A&M University wishes to salvage prior to the beginning of this Work. E. The existing fire protection sprinkler system shall remain in place.
