Mission Sewer Rehabilitation

The Rosebud Sioux Tribe will accept bids from qualified contractors for the construction of MISSION SEWER on the ROSEBUD INDIAN RESERVATION, TODD COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA. The scope of work includes the installation of 1,963 feet of 15 sewer main, 4,033 of 12 sewer main, 1,165 of 8 sewer main, 42 sewer manholes, 466 of 30 Sch 40 Steel micro-tunneling, 7,840 of 8 CIPP sewer main, 17 sewer manhole abandonments, 21 sewer manhole removals, 1 connection to existing lift station, de-watering, silt fence, and sewer service lines. The total contract price will not be increased without prior autho Rosebud rization from the Owner via the change order process. A copy of a valid Contractors license for the state in which the work resides or Certification of Renewal thereof issued and registration of Indian owned firm from TECRO shall be supplied at the time of bidding and enclosed in the required Bidders Bond envelope. In the evaluation of the bids, the Owner may, within funding limitations, give preference up to the amount of five percent above the lowest total bid, to qualified Indian owned firms. The qualified Indian owned firms must register with the local TECRO Office prior to the bid opening. Contractors are advised that state lien laws do not apply on federal trust land. TECRO taxes do apply.
