Description

The selected vendor/contractor will provide labor, equipment, and material necessary to install piping to vent the condensate receiver located in 2nd Floor Building 21. The selected vendor/contractor will provide labor, equipment, and material necessary to: • Determine path for new vent piping from 2nd floor condensate receiver to 6th floor mechanical room. • Provide and install new carbon steel piping from condensate receiver on 2nd floor to discharge in 6th floor mechanical room. • Fill any penetrations with appropriate firestop materials. • Verify correct functionality of new vent piping and that all work meets all applicable codes, regulations and engineering specifications for the VA Medical Center.
