DNR Spitler Woods New ADA Vault Toilet at Long Creek

Project to provide an ADA Men’s & Woman’s vault toilet with an accessible route from the parking lot to the vault toilet. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. The contractor will steak out the desired location for the ADA vault toilet. The contractor will be responsible for all excavating and grading. 2. The contractor will steak out the alignment for the ADA sidewalk from the parking lot to the location of the vault toilet. 3. The contractor will use IDNR’s standard vault toilet design to construct the vault toilet. 4. The contractor shall install underground electrical for exterior and interior LED lighting from the nearby existing power pole to the vault toilet. If expense is to great solar lighting L.E.D. light packs will be considered. 5. To have the availability of continuous power the contractor shall install underground electrical in conduit from the existing electrical panel approximately 150 Ft. to the ADA vault toilet. 6. The contractor will be responsible for all cleanup of debris and onsite construction material.
