2023 to 2025 Service Agreement Bids

The City of Prairie Village is requesting bids for our 2023 Service Agreements for the following services: Plumbing Services Traffic Marking Services Tree Services Weather Services For any additional information or questions, please contact the Public Works Department at 913-385-4647 or via e-mail at publicworks@pvkansas.com. Non-resident corporations that are not already registered with the Kansas Secretary of State and all non-resident individuals and partnerships are required by law to register with the Director of Revenue, State Office Building, Topeka, Kansas, and to pay a fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) for each and every contract as a precedent to commencing work on the contract. For contracts in excess of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), the foreign contractor shall file with the Director of Revenue an acceptable bond in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the contract. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of thirty (30) days from and after the date fixed for opening bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids; and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein.
