Auburn Hills Park Improvements

The site is bisected by an overhead utility easement for the Public Service Company of Colorado (PSCo). The improvements include renovating the playing field on the northern half of the park, adding trails through the PSCo easement to connect the two sides of the park, updating and infilling existing planting areas, and installing new planting areas and trees throughout the park. In the southern half of the park improvements include removing and redirecting a portion of the East-West Regional trail that runs through the park, renovating and reshaping the existing turf lawn area, adding a drinking fountain, and preforming extensive playground renovations. Irrigation improvements include removing and replacing existing irrigation in planting beds and adding new temporary and permanent irrigation zones.
