| Description | Furnish and deliver Headwall for the NC Department of Transportation. 1 1 Each 1- 36.0' wide x 11.0' high aluminum structural plate headwall with two (2) 4.5' wide wing walls with -20 degree elbows on inlet end and 1 – 31.5' wide x 12.9’ high aluminum structural plate headwall with two (2) 4.5' wide wing walls with -20 degree elbows on outlet end fully welded to 80 LF – 112" x 75" diameter 8 gauge, 3" x 1" corrugation, corrugated aluminum arch pipe. Includes all headwall cap, wall support members, tieback rods with dead man anchor plate, bands, bolts, gaskets, and two (2) rolls of TX160 geogrid. |
