Description

Full annual maintenance inspections, service, repairs and re-tubing as specified, for all of the oil burner systems and related HVAC equipment of the City School District of New Rochelle, New York. This contract shall include (but is not limited to) the following services on an “on-call as needed” hourly basis. The furnishing of all necessary labor, materials and equipment to check, repair and maintain the oil burning equipment in good operating order during the full term of this contract.
