The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete American Canal Lower Reach Replacement. The solicitation is competed full and open. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed contract. Demolition of temporary walls on College Arroyo Overchute structure 3. Removal of existing flume gates 4. Dewatering 5. Excavation and backfill 6. Placement of cast in place concrete 7. Installation of precast arch culverts 8. Construction of storm drops 9. Installation of handrails 10. Installation of landscape rock 11. Placement of topsoil 12. Revegetation by seeding 13. Establishment and maintenance of revegetation 14. Coordination with EPWater for relocation of the Upper Valley Outfall and demolition of the existing Upper Valley Outfall abutments after EPWater relocates the sewer line
