Blower package shall include the following: 1. ?Two (2) GFJFFEG, 1021-8000 BHLD LS SPL Series Gardner Denver Blowers to replace S/N: 299329, with Force Feed Lube System 2. Two (2) Stoddard Discharge Silencers D33H-12 with flanged inlet and outlet with three (3) legs and a 28-inch “H” dimension (to be confirmed prior to release) 3. Two (2) Stoddard Inlet Silencers L63H-12, flanged inlet and outlet with three (3) legs and a 28-inch “H” dimension (to be confirmed prior to release) 4. Two (2) Stoddard Silencer Inlet Filters F21-I22 flanged inlet and painted inside and out 5. Two (2) V-belt drives with bushings, including drive and driven sheaves, and five (5) matched belts 6. Two (2) 6-inch AWWA style flanged unloading butterfly valves with extended bonnet, EPDM seat and packing, electric actuator for open/close service, 460/3/60 power, and local controls consisting of local-off-remote selector switch, open/close pilot lights, open/stop/close pushbuttons and declutchable manual override 7. Two (2) 12-inch flanged isolation butterfly valves with EPDM seat and packing and chainwheel actuator and 30 feet of galvanized chain 8. Two (2) 12-inch wafer double door check valves with EPDM seat, stainless steel doors, and Inconel spring 9. Four (4) 12-inch flanged flex connectors with EPDM single bulb rubber bulb, hot dip galvanized companion flanges, gussets, tie rods, nuts and washers 10. Two (2) 316 SS custom fabricated crosses Two (2) 6-inch flanged cast iron weighted PRV. 11. Two (2) 150 HP, 460/3/60, TEFC, Premium Eff. motors with 1.15 SF, thermals for temperature sensing, 1800 RPM, 445T frame electric motors 12. Contacts/instruments as required to provide the following signals to OWNER-supplied blower control panel. All indicating lights shall be push to test. a. Oil level. b. Discharge air temperature. c. High Motor temperature.
