Dino Exhibit Phase II Construction

**As of August 5 2022, project was awarded to Albrecht Company bid amount $501,275. Anticipated End Date: estimated October 31, 2022. The Minnesota Zoological Garden is seeking a general contractor to complete the work needed to make the new play space, Dino Hideout, ready for guests in the summer of 2022. The general contractor will oversee the fabrication and installation of play features, the gateway entry, completion of grading and path work as shown in architectural drawings, irrigation system installation, and the plantings of horticulture products. The general contractor will need to coordinate their installation schedule with that of a shade structure manufacturer, interpretive signage installer, a fencing contractor, and a contractor's installation of the animatronic dinosaurs, such that the space can open as soon as possible after the July 8th completion of the dinosaur installation.
