Description

Downstreet Housing and Evernorth (EN) are seeking proposals for construction management services for the new construction of affordable multi-family rental housing in Waterbury, Vermont. The project consists of 26 units of multi-family housing on one site. The site, located at 51 S. Main Street, Waterbury, Vermont will include all 26 units contained in one building(s) with a mix of studio, one, and two-bedroom units. Site improvements will include thirty (30) parking spots and a driveway, sidewalks and walkways, concrete pads for utilities and trash removal, landscaped green space, adequate site lighting. Stormwater management is still to be determined. The project will be served by municipal water, storm, and sewer connections. The anticipated construction start date is August 1, 2024. Pre-construction services would begin immediately. The estimated construction cost is $9,988.990. Interested firms are invited to submit formal proposals by responding to the Owners Request for Proposals. Qualified applicants will have relevant experience and a bonding capacity of at least $8.00MM. Minority-owned, women-owned, locally-owned and Section 3 business are encouraged to apply.
