Hoods & Ducts Cleaning, Peterson AFB

1.1 Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision and other items necessary to perform inspection, cleaning and removal of dirt, grease and paint from specific hood and duct systems as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), at Peterson Air Force Base (PAFB), Colorado. Conform to all federal, state, local requirements for Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and applicable manufacture standards are required in the PWS. Work must be performed in accordance with (IAW) Air Force Instruction (AFI) 32-2001-21, SWI 32-2001, Fire Emergency Services (FES) Program; AFI 32-7001, Environmental Management; AFMAN 32-7002, Environmental Compliance and Pollution Prevention; the current National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) documents: to include but not all inclusive--NFPA 33, Spray Application Using Flammable or Combustible Materials; NFPA 34, Dipping and Coating Processes Using Flammable or Combustible 1 materials; NFPA 91, Exhaust Systems for Air Conveying of Vapors, Gases, Mists, and Noncombustible Particulate Solids; NFPA 96, Ventilation Control and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations; Air Force Operational Safety and Health (AFOSH) Standards, AFM 91-203, Air Force Consolidated Occupational Safety Standard; AFJ 91-501, The US Air Force Traffic Safety Program; Codes of Federal Regulations (CFR)- 29 CFR-Code of Federal Regulation/or Occupational Safety & Health Administration-Labor; and 40 CFR-Code of Federal Regulation for Protection of the Environment.
