Description

Riverbanks Zoo and Garden is seeking bids to contract with a vendor for exterior painting of a two (2) story brick office building that is approximately two-hundred and twenty (220) feet long, fifty (50) feet deep, and twenty-five (25) feet high. Subject to the conditions, provisions and the enclosed specifications, sealed bids will be received at this office until the stated date and time and then publicly opened. Any bid received after the scheduled deadline will be immediately disqualified. The District assumes no responsibility for delivery of bids which are mailed. Oral, telephonic, electronic or telegraphic bids are invalid and will not receive consideration. Deadline for Questions April 24, 2023, 5:00 PM (EST.) All questions must be submitted in writing.
