| Description | This project will install approximately 160 ft of 8" steam and 3" condensate insulated pipes and associated underground concrete pipe chase, to replace the asbestos insulated 6" steam and 3" condensate pipes, located between valve pits SD18 and SD19, starting near the Black Bear statue, along Long Road towards Wells Dining Hall. Additionally, new steam and condensate valves will be installed in underground steam pits SD18 and SD19. |
