| Description | Cleaning, Repair and Painting of the Candler County Courthouse clock tower. Services shall include: Pressure washing and/or cleaning exterior brick work, trim, fascia, dome and clock faces; Repairing damaged trim, fascia or other exterior molding; Painting all exterior trim, fascia or other exterior molding; Services shall not include any cleaning, repairs or painting to the main levels of the court house structure to include the first and second floor exteriors and the main roof structure. Contractor shall be responsible for protecting the condition of the structure and roofing during the provision of service. Contractor shall provide all equipment, vehicles, scaffoldings, lifts, labor and materials required for provision of the service. |
