Description

The building contractor to update HVAC and windows in the West Counterscarp Casemates section of Fort East Martello, specifically the area known as the Papio Gallery. Work will include removing mini-split A/C units and installing a new ceiling hung A/C system and exhaust fans. Additionally, the project will remove windows & coverings from gun ports, custom fabricate and install new windows, and close air vents with Hardie board. Light masonry repair is also needed.
