Franks Stables Heavy Use Area and Stormwater BMPs

As of April 17 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Installation of a Storm water management BMP's and Heavy Use Area protection on equine operation. Conservation practices include 3 Heavy Use Areas totaling 27,520 square feet. Three grassed diversions will be installed on the operation totaling 1299 ft. Three grassed waterways will be installed totaling 1336 ft. Rock aprons will be installed at outlets of waterways and diversions. Three animal crossings will be installed at select locations. An under-ground outlet pipe will be installed totaling approx. 250ft to collect roof runoff.
