The selected firm will be required to perform an Engineering Assessment, Environmental Documentation, Topographic Survey, Hydraulic Analysis (if needed), all Permits, Geotechnical Services, Utility Coordination, Design and Plan Development, Pavement Design, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering, R/W Staking as needed) and Construction Phase Services.
