Description

The project is generally described as renovation work in State occupied spaces, including Buildings 2 and 9 in their entirety, and portions of Buildings 3 and 5. All buildings function as Business (B) and/or Storage (S1) use groups. Renovation scope of work includes but is not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and finish upgrades. Building 2 work shall include an addition of a breakroom, two toilet rooms, and a janitor closet within the existing footprint, as well as replacing two exterior stairs. Building 2 work shall also include the construction of a mezzanine as an additive bid item.
