South Farmingdale W.D. - South Farmingdale W.D. - Gac Changeout

Perform GAC changeout services for the South Farmingdale Water District supply facilities in accordance with the requirements stipulated herein and all prevailing federal, state, and local safety and labor regulations. Work will be performed on an as-needed basis when authorized by the Water District in writing. GAC changeout services shall be provided to the Water District on a request basis. The contractor shall report to the facility within seven (7) calendar days after notification from the Water District. Notification from the Water District will be via phone call and fax transmission of the work order for the service requested. A copy of the work order form is included in Appendix A. Your company will be required to maintain the proper insurance as specified herein.
