Description

Twin 90” diameter x 70’ 0” joint corrugated aluminum pipes (CAP). The welds for both 70’ pipes include two (2) 30’ welds and two (2) 5’ welds. The twin pipes are to be attached to fully welded Aluminum Structural Plate Headwalls (both Inlet & Outlet) with Aluminum stiffening rib bolted to soil side of each wall. **No wing walls needed** Note this twin pipe and headwall assembly is to replace an existing (and failing) headwall and dual 84” diameter pipe assembly which is 60’ in length. This new twin pipe and headwall assembly will be installed with a 90-degree skew or “no skew” so the pipe will be straight across the roadway to simply the installation. See drawings for more details.
