Millington School District Central Middle High School Fence Improvements

Millington Municipal Schools (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Central Middle High School Campus Fence Improvements at 8050 West St. Millington, TN 38053 The Project includes the following Work: Construction of approximately 3,000 LF 6' HT fence, gates, and columns. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Central Middle High School Campus Fence Improvements The Project has an expected duration of 120 days No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. The name, license number, expiration date, and the classification for the Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC contractors must also be included on the outside of the envelope unless the value of that portion of the work is less than $25,000. Public Chapter 768 requires that the name, license number, expiration date and classification of the Masonry contractor be included when the cost of the masonry portion (including materials and labor) is $100,000 or greater. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document C200 - Instructions to Bidders. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
