Barrientes Middle School Heating & Air Condition (HVAC) Improvements Funded through the Elementary & Secondary Schools Emergency Relief (ESSER) Funds

ECISD Purchasing Office normal business days are Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and will be closed on recognized holidays. Your firm is invited to submit a Competitive Sealed Proposal to the Owner, for the work described and located at the above address, on or before the deadline indicated above. Security bond in the amount of five (5%) of the proposal must accompany the proposal. Security bond shall be issued by an insurance company authorized to provide bonds on work in the State of Texas and shall be payable to the Owner. The entity making the successful proposal will be required to provide 100% performance and payment bonds. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the 5% bid bond. Proposals will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids.
