Environmental Services Term Agreements (Environmental E-3 Level A)

Consultant Services Are Requested To Provide The Njdot, On a Timely And An As-Needed Basis, Various Work Assignments. These Consultant Services May Include, But Are Not Limited To, Producing Various Environmental Documents (Categorical Exclusions, Section 4(f), Eo 215’s., Ea’s, And Eis), Report Development And/Or Revisions, Permit Applications, And In-House Support Within The Cost Ceiling Established In The Agreement. The Agreement Shall Provide For Technical Environmental Studies Including, But Not Limited To, The Following: Air/Noise, Asbestos, Ecology, Hazardous Waste, Cultural Resources, Wetland Delineation, Environmental Mitigation, And Socioeconomics. Note, The Cost Ceilings Contained In The Agreement May Only Allow For Conducting The Initial Steps Or Some Other Portions Of Eis And Ea Studies.
