200,000 Gallon Double Ellipse Exterior Overcoat Wet Interior Repaint and Miscellaneous Repairs. The work includes: Exterior: High pressure water clean (5,000 to 10,000 psi), spot power tool clean to a SSPC-SP11 standard, and apply a three (3) coat epoxy urethane system. Wet Interior: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP10 near-white metal standard and apply a three (3) coat zinc epoxy system. Foundation: Water clean and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Repairs: 1)Replace the gasket on the riser manway. 2)Install a gasket on the wet interior roof hatch. 3)Install a handhold at the roof hatch. 4)Install a riser grate. 5)Overflow discharge modification. 6)Install bowl rigging couplings. 7)Balcony drain holes. 8)Install a fall prevention device on the wet interior ladder. 9)Install a roof handrail with a painter's railing.
