Physical Security Systems Enhancement

Each bidder MUST possess, at the time the bid is awarded, a valid Class B - General Building Contractor, C-7 Low Voltage Contractor and/or C-10 Electrical Contractor license and holds the appropriate license classification for specialty trades or subcontracts with the appropriately licensed specialty contractor(s) pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 3300. The successful prime contractor and subcontractorsshall maintain the appropriate licenses throughout the duration of the contract. The work called for under this solicitation shall be subject to the Federal prevailing wage provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act WD# CA20230022. Labor rates are available and shall be obtained from the Federal Department of Labor. Each bid requires a bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the bid.
