Description

The project provides for the rehabilitation of East Colvin Street between South Salina Street (U.S. Route 11 and Jamesville Avenue in the City of Syracuse. The total length of the project is 2,650 feet (0.50 mile). The project includes milling and paving of the roadway surface with areas of full depth reconstruction; curbing, sidewalk, and driveway work; drainage system improvements; guide rail installation; ornamental street light installation; landscaping; and upgrades to signs and pavement markings.
