Plans call for a combination of 5 apartment buildings, townhomes, single-family residences, and senior living units. A full breakdown of units by type has yet to be disclosed. The first phase will consist of 276 multi family units. The additional phases will include 100 senior living units, additional multifamily units, 140 townhouses, two clubhouses and a pool area. As of August 23, 2023, the final plat has been presented to the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development. An architect has been selected; however, a general contractor or selection method is not disclosed.
