Furnishing and installing one Reznor Gas Fired Unit Heater (model number UDAS-150), natural gas, 120 volts, 80% thermal efficiently, with vertical vent kit (model CC2), and a 60-degree downturn nozzle (or approved equal) in the garage bays. Final location of install and venting to be approved by the Town. Provide one low voltage programmable thermostat.
