2022 Aztec Road Sidewalk Project

As of July 24, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The City of Doraville is seeking a qualified contractor for the furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the installation and repair of sidewalk along Aztec Road in Doraville Georgia. The scope of work shall include but is not limited to the installation of sidewalk, curb, and gutter. Specifications and full project scope can be found within ITB 22-004. Attention is called to the fact that this project is being funded ultimately through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The bidder is asked to pay special attention to the Federal Regulations included in the bid package. These regulations include The Davis-Bacon Act, Section 3, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, the Copeland (Anti-Kickback Act), and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
