Description

Project work includes construction of curb-cut rain gardens in the right-of-way throughout the Como Lake Subwatershed within City of St. Paul and the Lake McCarrons subwatershed in the City of Roseville. Specific work is as follows: 1. Mobilize labor, equipment, materials, and temporary facilities, including survey and other temporary controls. 2. Install safety measures, establish limits of staging, and protect all existing utilities and structures. 3. Construction of curb-cut rain gardens including excavation, soil amendments, concrete cutting, forebay installation, mulching and planting. 4. Furnish, install, maintain, and remove all appropriate signage (if used) in a timely manner. 5. Restore all areas adjacent to construction activities, either directly or indirectly disturbed by the Work, to the pre-existing condition. 6. Demobilize from the site after work is complete.
