Resurfacing of Tennis Courts at 4865 Lakeside Drive and 4565 Delrose Court

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to select a qualified contractor for the resurfacing of tennis courts at two separate locations. Selected contractor to provide all equipment, labor and materials necessary for the purpose of: 4565 Delrose Court, Waterford Park • Resurface 1 double tennis court approximately (120x110ft), 3 coat resurfacing using acrytech color guard system or comparable product (competition blue and completion green with white lines, one coat resurfacer/ sealer, 2 coats color, striping and color for Tennis. • Adding Painted Pickle ball lines ( Light Blue ) on both courts • New Asphalt Surface for approximately 120x110ft (filling all depressions/craters and cracks to level the court surface and applying new asphalt top coat (1.5in -2in) with tennis approved (fine asphalt) • Install 4 new external winder posts adjustable for Tennis and Pickle ball (black) Digging out 4 old footer and set 4 new sleeves, Concrete and Installation • Installing 2 new nets (Tennis and Pickle ball) 4865 Lakeside Drive, Windwood Hollow Park • Resurface 1 double tennis court, minor crack filling, patch minor bird baths, 4 coat resurfacing (2 coats resurfacer, 2 coats color) striping and color for sport court for Tennis and Pickle ball using acrytech color guard system or comparable product (competition blue and competition green with white lines) Adding Painted Pickle ball lines ( Light Blue ) on both courts • Repairing root Damage surface to be cut in effected root area root section cut out, court to be patched with fibermat / concrete and level with playing surface before resurfacing of the court begins • Install 4 new external winder posts adjustable for Tennis and Pickle ball (black) Digging out 4 old footer and set 4 new sleeves, Concrete and Installation • Installing 2 new nets (Tennis and Pickle ball)
