Liquid Emulsion Polymer the Project Principally Consists of Furnishing and Delivering Liquid Polymer to the Gcua. Bench Testing Will Be Required of All Prospective Bidders. The GCUA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the proposal received and to accept the bid which in their judgment will best serve the interests of the GCUA. Public Disclosure, Chapter 33 of the Public Laws of 1977 provides that no corporation or partnership shall be awarded any State, County, Municipal or School District contract for the performance of any work or the furnishing of any materials or supplies, unless, prior to the receipt of the bid or accompanying the bid of said corporation or partnership there is submitted a statement. The statement shall set forth the names and addresses of all stockholders in the corporation or partnership who own 10% or more of its stock or any class, or of all individual partners in the partnership who own a 10% or greater interest.
