Adams County Emergency Management, of 10 X 20 Cinder Block Structure/Building Including Four Showers - Two Being Ada Showers for the Adams County Saferoom

Sealed bids will be received by the Adams County Board of Supervisors for the constructing, from the lowest and best bidder, for the Adams County Emergency Management, of a 10' x 20' cinder block structure/building including four showers - two being ADA showers for the Adams County Saferoorn. Bids submitted with qualifications or exceptions will not be considered. Bid prices are to be firm and not subject to change during the period specified above. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waiver informalities and to reject any and all bids.
