Sanitary Sewer Contract 75 This is a sanitary sewer collection system extension predominately gravity sewer with some lowpressure sewer with aaproximately; 9081LF - 8PVC Main Line Sewer 410LF - 2 Low-pressure Main (175LF HHD installation) 2750LF - 6 Service Laterals 340LF - 1-1/4 Low-pressure Sewer Laterals 52 - Sewer Manhole Structures 7610SY - Permanent Pavement Repair Question; Contact - Bryan H. Thompson, WPCA Collection System Supervisor Email; bthompson@westportct.gov Phone: 203-341-1129 (office) / 203-515-6322 (cell) The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, tools, equipment, and materials as required, shown on the Contract Drawings, and described in these specifications. The principal items of Work are: a) installation of approximately 9,081 linear feet of 8" PVC sanitary sewer, b) 610 linear feet of 2" SDR-21 low pressure sewer sanitary sewer, c) installation of approximately 107 lateral house connections out to the streetline, d) installation of approximately 8 lateral low pressure house connections out to the streetline, e) installation of approximately 42 sanitary sewer manholes, and f) restoration of disturbed areas. The work items described above do not define the entire scope of work items and equipment required to complete the sanitary sewer extension. The Contractor shall be responsible to provide other associated work necessary for the completion of the contract, including but not limited to obtaining all necessary licenses and permits required to construct the facilities, construction staking, and assistance in inspections conducted by others in relation to this work.
