| Description | The project consists of an approximate 3,361 sf interior renovation of the Provost's office that includes, demolition, millwork, hollow metal door frames, wood doors, door hardware, storefront, glazing, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical and drywall ceilings, ceramic tile, carpet tile, wood base, tape/bed and painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, which includes data and fire alarm. Direct all bids/inquiries to the construction manager. Question deadline - 9-13-2023, Noon CT. Addendum #1-#4 have been issued as of 9-20-2023. Addendum #04 has been posted in the bid documents and is attached. Addendum #04 states that the bid date has been postponed until Thursday September 28, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Addendum #05 will be issued no later than the end of the day on Monday September 25, 2023, which will add Alternate #01 to change the base bid LVT flooring to wood laminate flooring. The bid location remains the same, sealed bids will be delivered to Lippert Bros., Inc.'s offices located at 2211 E. I-44 Service Road, Oklahoma City, OK 73111 no later than 2:00 p.m. on September 28, 2023. |
